Welcome to Fazenda, an exquisite Brazilian steakhouse located in the heart of Manchester's Spinningfields. This atmospheric venue offers a dining experience that is as much about the ambiance as it is about the food. With a beautiful setting characterized by stylish decor and a vibrant atmosphere, Fazenda perfectly combines sophistication with a warm, inviting environment.
At Fazenda, the culinary philosophy is simple yet effective: an all-you-can-eat rodizio experience that showcases the best of Brazilian barbecue. Guests can indulge in an endless parade of expertly grilled meats, served tableside by skilled waiters who slice each cut directly onto your plate. From succulent ribeyes to tender lamb chops, the selection is both diverse and delectable. Each bite is a celebration of flavor, expertly cooked to retain juiciness and richness, with options for those who prefer less doneness.
But it’s not just about the meat. Fazenda elevates the traditional salad bar experience with a gourmet touch. Patrons can fill their plates with an array of options, ranging from vibrant salads and sushi to gourmet cheeses and charcuterie. This impressive selection ensures that even non-meat eaters have satisfying choices. Vegetarian options, like the creamy pumpkin and goat cheese gnocchi, are available, enhancing the inclusive dining experience.
The highlights of Fazenda extend beyond just the food. The service is notable for its attentiveness and friendliness, making newcomers feel welcomed while ensuring that every guest's needs are met. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion with a group or enjoying a casual dinner, the meticulous attention to customer care stands out.
Moreover, Fazenda also delights the senses with its beverage options. The full bar offers a selection of creative cocktails and wines, perfect to complement your meal. Not to be overlooked, the desserts provide a sweet conclusion to a remarkable meal, with choices like light sorbets and rich ice creams that can round off the feast beautifully.
However, it's essential to note that, during peak times, the restaurant can become quite loud, contributing to a bustling, lively vibe that might not be for everyone. Additionally, some guests have mentioned inconsistencies in the service flow, particularly regarding the speed at which meat is served. Nonetheless, these minor hurdles do little to detract from the impressive overall dining experience.
In summary, Fazenda is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the authentic flavors of Brazil in a stunning, upscale setting. Be sure to arrive with an appetite, ready to indulge in an unforgettable meal rich in both taste and tradition. Whether it’s a night out with friends or a special celebration, Fazenda promises to deliver an experience that's as flavorful as it is memorable.

I can't find enough words what an amazing place that is. Perfect for meat eaters and vegetarians - the format of the venue is that you pay a fixed sum for food, and can eat as much as you like. Generally, this affects the food quality, but not in Fazenda - all meats and starters here were just superb. The waiters come to you with all sorts of meats and cuts, and it's up to you to decide if you want it and how much. They have veggie options too- and if I remember correct, the fee is less for vegetarians/vegans.

I have been to their location several times in Liverpool and it is one of my favorite rodizios anywhere. For those not familiar with rodizios, they bring as much meat as you would like to the table on skewers from the kitchen. Why Fazenda stands out is the meat is medium rare to rare (you can also order more well done), and I hate overcooked beef. I love their garlic steak, the fillet here and lamb. They also have a great salad bar, including sushi, a nice selection of cheeses and charcuterie, and a nice sesame seasoned quail egg. So why only four stars. First, it was very warm inside, uncomfortably warm. Not sure if it was intentional so people would not stay too long but it definitely detracted from the meal. Second, while the meat selection is good, it was very inconsistent. I was swamped when I started, probably five servers in three minutes. I tried to be careful and not over-indulge (too quickly) but then had to wait about 20 minutes for more food. I noticed this happened at a few table, again not sure if it is intentional or not. I also never was offered the fillet again. Food is good but the service and temperature need a little work for them to regain the fifth star I awarded Liverpool.

Booking the monthly girly night we had originally planned to visit Bembrasil. However after reading Mark B review he has said he wouldn have rated it higher if he had not attended Fazenda. Looking at the website I thought it was worth spending that extra fiver as it looked swisher. Using the websites booking system it was very simple to pick out slot for 19:30. On arrival there was a reception desk who immediately acknowledged us and a waitress who I felt had been waiting for us led us immediately to a comfy leather booth. The waiter who served us for the rest of the evening queried whether we has been before. When we all shook our heads he explained that after helping ourselves to the salad bar we would simply flip this carded disk to green when we wanted meat and red to stop. After choosing a fazenda cocktail and malbec we waited for our drinks before we set off. The booth was stunning we were walled in by bottles of wine . In front lay the well presented salad bar and the lighting in general made it feel eloquent. Browsing the salad bar made me happy it consisted of various cheeses, sushi, stuffed peppers, dolmas, asparagus, stir fry, mushroom and other rices, roast potatoes, pork stews, prawns in mango, whitebait, chorizo and many others . Basically it wasn't your average salad bar it was creative and hard not to go mad with it. Sitting down with our catch we flipped the disk to green and let the meat commence. The service was so frequent and attentive there were no gaps on waiting for meat when it was set to green. We had beef skirt, pork belly, chicken hearts (thought I would give it a go!) Rib eye steak and various other cuts of meat cooked to my standard I.e rare. However my friend was a well done person so the waiters would cut bits from different parts to ensure this. After devouring some minted lamb the waiter asked if there were anything else on the meat menu that we had not tried. Spying the chicken and bacon, black pudding and Gammon with pineapple we selected these. What I noticed is that they do have a veggie option of pumpkin and goats cheese risotto and gnocchi. They also offered tuna steak for pescaterians. To finish I chose a light sorbet consisting of raspberry, scoop of mango and a third scoop of lemon and lime. Overall I could not fault the service so we agreed to the service charge. The ambiance was great and the food. For £32.60 A head I would say it's worth it. I would suggest it's good for groups and couples.

We were browsing around Manchester and found this place! It's so different! We need this restaurant in a Dublin! We went there for a drink but the manager Pavel (I think that was his name) walk us around the restaurant! The design and lighting is incredible. Iam an interior architect and I can let you know this is a great place, well deserve 5 out of 5! Haven't try food but it looks great: concept is - coming, paying, taking food from salad bar(smoked salmon, salads, rice, vegetables), sitting, (you will have chip on the table one side red other green ), they will bring you meat as soon as you putting token green side up, and stop when it's red! Pretty cool idea! And so on until you are really full! So starve for a couple of days and go to Fazenda and enjoy lots of great food! Dinner about 31 £ per person and lunch 17,50 £ until 5 pm. When I'll be back I'll go and eat in this place!

Hmmm.......what can I add? Quite a lot really. I'm not really a meat eater but I wouldn't call myself a veggie either so here I sit kind of in the middle. Came here in a large group so we got a private room which was beautiful. The whole restaurant is beautiful, the lighting is beautiful, the staff are beautiful, the ambience is beautiful, the options for non meat eaters not so beautiful! Basically you can have haddock and pea risotto or something with coriander in it. I saw the word coriander and my heart sank to my uncomfortable shoes. Coriander is heinous! Coriander is the devil! I hate Coriander! You can take the worlds supply of coriander and burn it to ashes, I wouldn't care. Coriander should be used as slow punishment to get confessions out of people etc etc etc. I don't care for Coriander. If coriander was my friend I'd block it's number and disown it. You see where I'm coming from? I'm not so keen on coriander! So I got the haddock and pea risotto......it's very fishy and haddocky. Not really my thing so I was glad of the beautiful buffet choice. There's quite a lot to fill up on here, you def won't go hungry but as a none meat eater you kind of miss the theatrics of the waiters bringing skewers of 15 different types of meat to add to your buffet meal. The meat was well cooked so it seems and everyone was holding out for the lamb. Not for me but they seemed to love it. The veggie option includes a choice of dessert so I got the vanilla and toffee ice cream which I have to say was intensely beautiful, so much so that I had to give some of it away to those meat munchers who insisted on staring at me and it with their mouths open as dessert wasn't in their list of options on the meat menu. ......ha, unlucky!!!!!!!!! I paid £30 for essentially vegetables and ice-cream, I'm not mad but it was the most I've paid for a plate of refillable sides so I'm dropping a star purely for the lack of choice for non meat eaters and I would have preferred the water without half a cucumber in it. But still giving four because the buffet is refillable, the dessert was beautiful, the waiters attentive and the surroundings were incredible. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! You meat feasters won't be disappointed.

I'm not massively sure how it took me so long to hit this place but based on this experience it's somewhere I'll constantly be hitting in the future! Here's the best bits: * 'salad bar' is just incredible - we're taking veges, salads, ceviche, sushi, salsa, prawns - just loads of food that tastes incredibly fresh and super yum. * All you can eat meat, whenever you want it - all cooked to perfection and brought to you. * At £29.95 per head at dinner time (cheaper at lunch) it's great value for money. *Incredible desserts (cost extra) * Drinks prices are reasonable and there's some very cost effective bottles of wine and the craft beer range is unique and cool from South America. * Really lovely and efficient staff - these guys rock. * Lovely surroundings Overall a really easy decision to award them 5 stars.

Amazing, spectacular, outstanding. A simple idea turned into a sophisticated and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience! The 'Rodizio Grill' type of restaurant isn't anything new - they've been around for a while and most modern cities have 1 or 2 options for you to choose from. Manchester obviously has Bem Brazil, which is great also, but it's just not a patch on Fazenda. Ok so you a little bit more, it's £30 a head, but the variety of meats, the options at the salad bar and the standard of the service is brilliant. After our Yelp event here recently, I couldn't wait to get back and enjoy it again so when Jonny suggested Fazenda for a dinner with a few colleagues I couldn't say yes quick enough! The meats as always, fantastic, the salad and cheeses to start were great and the desserts were some of the best I've ever had. As you can tell, I'm a fan.

Wow! What a restaurant! And I can't believe it's taken me this long to get to try Fazenda. The concept it really cool and similar to that of Bem Brazil. I took my plate to the salad bar (which does so much more than your standard salad) and filled up on meat accompaniments such as spicy Spanish potatoes, creamy mushrooms, asparagus and rice. The main event is very impressive - sword wielding waiters approach your table and slice off the amazingly succulent and freshly cooked pieces of meat on to your plate. And they don't stop, until you change your beermat-style token over to show the red side - meaning 'STOP GIVING ME FOOD' Every piece of meet i tried was excellent. So juicy and tender! I was a very happy girl entering the biggest meat coma ever by the time I left

WOW! Just WOW! (Before I continue, if you are reading this review and probably read just beginning bit, remember to check in on Facebook or Google+ to get a free cocktail. Its the Brazilian cocktail, cairpirinhas). I had been wanting to come to Fazenda ever since it opened but for some reason it had taken till this week to finally go. Most of us arrived before our booking so had a drink outside - although unfortunately the drinks for some took awhile to come and actually arrived just as we we got up to go inside (to go to our table). This was the 1st time inside Fazenda and I really like the interior of it. Very cool, stylish. We walked through most of the restaurant as we were in a private room towards the back. We didn't book a private room. Made us feel more exclusive! (And the added benefit is that it was a bit quieter). I had been to a Brazilian BBQ a couple times before so knew what it was about. Salad bar with various pasta, rices, salads etc. Fazenda's salad bar also included a small selection of sushi. (I only managed to go to the salad bar once - at the start - because I didn't want to fill up on salad/rice etc and leave no room for meat!) We sat at our table and after a minute, we were given a complimentary "sharing starter" which was breaded prawns and dough balls - tasted good. However, we were there for the "main event" #meat. Since it was an evening, we would get the choice of 15 different meats. If you don't know, waiters come round with basically chunks of meat which are carved off right in front of you. I am very much a meat-eater and big fan of steak so was really looking forward to basically a conveyor belt of meat coming to our table! You also get unlimited fries. While eating, someone comes round every now and then with some lovely fries. I was also kind of looking forward to trying the chicken heart. Never had before but interested to see what it tasted like. I think we missed out on a couple things which were in menu e.g. black pudding but had plenty. Some things twice. Some things 3 times. We had: Sirloin Gammon (with pineapple) Chicken thigh Sausage Fillet Lamb Chicken with bacon Garlic Rump Cap of rump Lamb chop Chicken heart Rib Eye Rump tail Skirt Pork Belly Overall it was all so good!! I was a BIG fan of the gammon - as was everyone else on the table. Great flavour, so tender. The sirloin was great too - not usually my favourite cut but this was tender and I think had bit more marbling that normal. It was the 1st couple "dishes" so that may have a factor as towards the end, I was very full so things like the pork belly were not as good - was bit dry. The chicken heart was a little odd. It of course tasted like chicken but with a slight offal taste. Now I don't mind offal e.g. liver, kidney but, as it says on the menu, its an acquired taste. Also, my favourite cut rib eye was maybe a touch dry but that could be because by then, I was so full! Happy, but full! For drink, as well as the cairpirinhas I mentioned right at the start - which was lovely, I also had a beer and also a flight of 3 different red wines. To be honest, I am not really a red wine fine but thought would give them a try and also they apparently "go with" red meat. For dessert, I just had a couple scoops of ice cream. In hindsight I should have just had a single scoop, if any at all. If you come here, come with a BIG appetite - maybe just a light lunch! And maybe wear some pregnancy pants ala Joey from Friends. Also, be prepared for the meat sweats and the meat coma when you get home. The service was brilliant and really friendly and they did whatever possible to make sure you had the perfect night. From the "meat servers", the guys taking drinks orders and our main waitress, Helena, who was excellent. What more could you want, endless supply of meat, drinks, lovely restaurant, excellent service!!
